Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, a fully legally capable citizen, acting freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, pursuant to Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data,” hereby give consent to LLC “Vladimirskoye Sel’skokhozyaystvennoye Predpriyatie” (TIN 3329042803, OGRN 1073340001074, legal address: 2 Yuryevskaya St., floor 3, premises 303, Vladimir, actual address: 82 Lenina St., Suzdal, Vladimir Region, booking@azhursuzdal.ru, 8-(800)-301-35-80), hereinafter referred to as the “Operator,” to process my personal data for the purpose of complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation concerning personal data and identifying users of the “Azhur Hotel Suzdal” website, located at https://azhursuzdal.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The list of personal data for which I give consent to processing:

  • surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
  • contact information (telephone number, email address);
  • citizenship;
  • gender;
  • period of stay (check-in date, check-out date, purpose of entry, room number);
  • accommodation terms;
  • registered address;
  • guest information;
  • date of birth (day/month/year);
  • identity document details (series, number, date of issue, department code, issuing authority, country of birth, region of birth, district, city, locality);
  • IP address;
  • information from cookies using internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, LiveTex, TravelLine, Top.mail.ru);
  • browser information (or other software used to access the display of advertising);
  • access time;
  • address of the page on which the advertising block is located;
  • referrer (address of the previous page).

The processing of my personal data may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools and includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, deletion.

I give consent to the Operator to transfer (provide, grant access to) the personal data specified above to the following individuals and legal entities acting on the Operator’s instructions:

  • LLC “TRAVEL LINE SYSTEMS,” TIN 1215180595, OGRN 1141215003214, legal address: 112 Komsomolskaya St., Yoshkar-Ola, Republic of Mari El, 424031, as well as to other third parties with whom the Operator has concluded an agreement under which it commits the processing of personal data to another person, and an essential condition of such agreement is the list of actions (operations) with personal data to be performed by the person processing the personal data, the purposes of processing, the obligation of such person to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and the security of personal data during their processing, as well as the requirements for the protection of processed personal data in accordance with Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data,” for the purpose of fulfilling the Website’s obligations and achieving the purposes of data processing.

This consent may be withdrawn by sending a written statement to the Operator at the email address: booking@azhursuzdal.ru

The Operator shall cease processing personal data and destroy them within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.

I have fully familiarized myself with the text of this consent, including all references, and agree to its terms. Detailed terms of personal data processing are contained in the Privacy Policy.

All terms not defined in this consent shall be interpreted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The fact of signing this consent is confirmed by acceptance, expressed by placing a mark in the form of a “web mark” when booking a room, as well as in the “Buy certificate,” “Submit an application,” and “Subscribe” sections on the Website, in the fields: “I consent to the processing of my personal data”; “I agree to the terms of the Regulations on the collection, storage, processing and protection of personal data” (Privacy Policy), by clicking the “Send” button or another button with similar wording on the Website, while preserving the original meaning, which is understood as consent.

This consent is given by me voluntarily and shall remain valid until the day of withdrawal of consent in writing.
